All retreats are subject to availability and minimum participant numbers. We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or amend any retreat, programme, venue, facilitator, or timetable where necessary. If a retreat is cancelled by us, any payment made to us will be refunded or transferred to a future event, but we are not liable for travel or other associated costs. Participants are responsible for their own travel, insurance, wellbeing, and personal belongings. Attendance is at your own risk, and we cannot guarantee specific creative, personal, or professional outcomes from participation. Payment is to be made in full no later than 21 days before event commencement. Deposit is non-refundable.
